A special benefit concert for the late James Klass will be held at the Picket, Liverpool on Friday 7th August 2009.
The Benefit Concert has been labelled "KLASSic - A Journey Through The Musical Life Of James Klass" and will be a Night of LIVE Performances from some of James Klass's favourite artists from Merseyside and London.

James Klass was a popular member of Merseyside's black community, BBC radio Merseyside presenter, DJ, mentor, advocate and friend to many. He died on Sunday July 12th, just five days after his 44th birthday, and was buried on Friday 17th July.
